Chammomile :

Did you know you can give your dog a calming tea as well as yourself ? or add cooled to their meal as a type of gravy?

Just steep for 10 minutes and allow to cool for calming effect:

1/2 tspn dried lemon balm

1/2 tspn dried chamomile

1/2 tspn holy basil
